There is a saying that goes something like, 'If we don't pay attention to the present, history is doomed to repeat itself, usually for the worse'. A lesson, it seems, never learned in gaming, where history repeats itself more often than a glass of sprout wine. And so we get anomalies like Pink Panther games crawling out of the past to inflict cheap family fun on the market. It belongs in that 16-bit era of dull 2D licensed platformers.
It may be in that pseudo-3D kind of style of days gone by, but to be honest, it might as well not have bothered, allowing you to only move in straight lines. It's also a game that the average person could complete in less than a day given the small amount of levels and repetitive tasks to complete. However, as with every game of this ilk, the younger you are, the more you're likely to enjoy the experience of playing it.One for the kids then, eh?
